Invite your team

Go to Settings > Team to see everyone who coaches in your studio.

Roles

Role	What they can do
Owner	Everything a coach can do, plus inviting and removing people and managing studio settings.
Coach	Manage their own clients, build programs and workouts, set nutrition, review check-ins and message clients. Coaches share the studio’s exercise library and programs.

Only the studio owner can invite or remove people.

Open the team page

Go to Settings > Team.

Add email addresses

Under Invite coaches, type each email address. Press comma, space or Enter after each one.

Send the invites

Click Send invites. Each person gets an email with a link that works for 14 days.

Open invites appear under Invites with a status of Pending, Expired, Accepted or Revoked.

To send a fresh link, click Resend.
To stop a link from working, click Revoke. You can invite the person again later.

Click Remove next to the coach’s name. They lose access to your studio straight away. Anything they created stays in the studio.

If you belong to several studios, use Switch studio to move between them.
