Open the invite email
Open the email from TrainBlock and tap the link. It works for 14 days.

Create your account
Enter your full name and choose a password. Your password needs at least 8 characters, with letters and numbers.Already have a TrainBlock account? Tap Log in to join instead.

Get the app
Install the TrainBlock app on your phone and sign in with the same email and password.
Finish setup in the app
The first time you open the app, it asks a few questions so your coach can tailor everything to you. It takes about 2 minutes.
Only your coaches see your answers. To change them later, go to Profile > Your details.
The invite only works with the email address it was sent to. If you’re signed in with another email, log out and open the link again.
