Send a message
Type a message, or:- Take a photo or Record a video
- Choose from your Photo or video library
- Hold the microphone button to record a voice note
What else appears in chat
- Your coach’s replies to your check-ins
- Your coach’s comments on your workouts
- Group chats and broadcasts from your coach
To send photos, videos or voice notes, allow TrainBlock to use your camera and microphone. If you turned access off, tap Open Settings to turn it back on.
