## For coaches

> The web app at [account.trainblock.app](https://account.trainblock.app) works on desktop, tablet and phone.

> [accordion] If I change a program, do my clients' plans change?
>
> No. Each client gets their own copy when you assign a program. To bring your changes to them, [update clients on the program](https://help.trainblock.app/coaches/programs/update-clients.md).

> [accordion] Can I change one client's workout without changing the program?
>
> Yes. Edit the workout in the client's own copy, or edit a single session from their calendar. See [Assign a program](https://help.trainblock.app/coaches/programs/assign-a-program.md).

> [accordion] Can other coaches see my clients?
>
> Only a client's coaches and the studio owner see that client. Coaches in a studio share programs and the exercise library.

> [accordion] Can my clients see my private notes?
>
> No. **Private notes** on a client's profile are only for that client's coaches and the studio owner.

> [accordion] What happens when I archive a client?
>
> They leave your client list and any waiting invite stops working. Their profile and history are kept, and you can restore them later.

## For clients

> Only you and your coach.

>
> Only your coaches. You choose whether to share health details when you set up the app.

> [accordion] Can I use the app offline?

> Yes. You can log workouts while offline, and they sync when you're back online.

> Yes. Go to **Profile** and choose your units for weight and measurements.

> Your coach's studio no longer coaches you, but your history stays in the app.
