# Create a program

> Build a workout program: an ordered list of workouts you can assign to clients.

A program is an ordered list of workouts. You build it once as a template, then assign it to as many clients as you like. Everyone in your studio shares the same programs.

## Create a program

**1. Open your programs**

Go to **Programs** and click **Create workout program**.

**2. Add the details**

Enter a **Program title**, a **Program duration** in weeks and an optional **Program note**. Changes save automatically.

**3. Add workouts**

Click **Add your first workout**, then build it in the workout builder. See [Build a workout](https://help.trainblock.app/coaches/programs/build-a-workout.md).

## Organize workouts

Workouts run in the order you list them. Drag a workout by its handle to reorder it, or use **Move up** and **Move down** from its actions menu.

Each workout's actions menu also has:

* **Edit workout**: open it in the workout builder.
* **Duplicate workout**: add a copy to the same program.
* **Add to another program**: add a copy to the end of another program.
* **Delete workout**: remove it from the program. This can't be undone.

## Find and delete programs

Use **Search programs** to find a program by name.

To delete a program, open its actions menu and click **Delete program**. This deletes the program and its workouts for everyone in your studio. Clients already on it keep their own copy.
