# Invite clients

> Send clients an invite to join your studio and the TrainBlock app.

Clients join your studio from an email invite. Once they accept, they set up the TrainBlock app and you can assign them a program.

## Send invites

**1. Open your clients**

Go to **Clients** and click **Invite clients**.

**2. Add people**

Under **People to invite**, enter each client's name and email. Click **Add another** to invite more than one person at a time.

**3. Send**

Click **Send invite** (or **Send 2 invites**, and so on). Each client gets an email with a link to join your studio.

If TrainBlock can't send an invite, the reason appears under that email:

* **Already a client in your studio**: no invite was sent.
* **An archived client in your studio**: restore them from the **Archived** list instead. See [Manage clients](https://help.trainblock.app/coaches/clients/manage-clients.md#archive-and-restore-clients).
* **Couldn't send the invite**: check the address and try again.

## Track an invite

A client's status shows in your client list:

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Invite sent** | The client hasn't accepted yet. |
| **Invite expired** | The link no longer works. Send a new one. |
| **Not invited** | No invite is waiting for this client. |

Open the client to manage their invite from the **Invite** card:

* **Send again** sends a new link.
* **Cancel invite** stops the link from working.
* **Change email** cancels the waiting invite and sends a new one to the address you enter.

## What your client sees

Your client creates a password and joins your studio. They then answer a short setup in the app: about them, their day, food and health. You see their answers on their [profile](https://help.trainblock.app/coaches/clients/client-profile.md).
