# Get to know the app

> Find your way around the TrainBlock app.

The TrainBlock app has five tabs.

| Tab | What you do there |
| - | - |
| **Today** | See today's workout and nutrition, start or resume your workout, and fill in check-ins that are due. |
| **Training** | See your sessions for the week. |
| **Progress** | Log measurements, see your strength records and take progress photos. |
| **Chat** | Message your coach. |
| **Profile** | Change your details, units and settings. |

## Rest days

On a rest day, **Today** shows when your next session is.

## No program yet?

If your coach hasn't assigned a program, **Today** shows **No program yet**. Your sessions appear as soon as your coach assigns one.

## Working offline

You can keep logging without a connection. The app shows what was last loaded, and syncs what you log when you're back online.

> [!TIP]
>
> The app is for clients. Coaches manage clients and programs on the web at [account.trainblock.app](https://account.trainblock.app).
