# Join your coach

> Accept your coach's invite and set up your TrainBlock account.

Your coach invites you to TrainBlock by email. You need that invite to create your account.

## Accept the invite

**1. Open the invite email**

Open the email from TrainBlock and tap the link. It works for 14 days.

**2. Create your account**

Enter your full name and choose a password. Your password needs at least 8 characters, with letters and numbers.

Already have a TrainBlock account? Tap **Log in to join** instead.

**3. Get the app**

Install the TrainBlock app on your phone and sign in with the same email and password.

## Finish setup in the app

The first time you open the app, it asks a few questions so your coach can tailor everything to you. It takes about 2 minutes.

| Step | What you share |
| - | - |
| **About you** | Sex, year of birth, height and weight. Your first weigh-in starts your progress chart. |
| **Your day** | How active you are outside your workouts, and your goal. |
| **Food** | Meals a day, diet, allergies and foods you don't eat. |
| **Anything your coach should know?** | Injuries or conditions that affect your training. This step is optional. |
| **A few questions from your coach** | Your coach's own intake questions, if they've added any. |

Only your coaches see your answers. To change them later, go to **Profile** > **Your details**.

> The invite only works with the email address it was sent to. If you're signed in with another email, log out and open the link again.
